• Operated and monitored Honeywell PLC/SCADA systems for continuous water treatment operations.
• Served as Shift In-Charge, managing field operators and helpers for safe and uninterrupted plant operation.
• Handled large-capacity pumping systems, including:

Centrifugal pumps.

Screw pumps.

Diaphragm pumps.

Submersible and vertical turbine pumps (up to 1,950 m³/hr).

Chemical tanks and agitators.

• Operated and monitored clarifiers, rapid gravity sand filters, and belt filter press for sludge treatment.
• Managed quarry operations and raw water collection reservoirs, supplying water for treatment.
• Conducted water quality testing, including pH, turbidity, conductivity, TSS, and TDS.
• Performed chlorination for potable water supply using a hypochlorite solution prepared via an electro-chlorinator.
• Supplied service water to various BPCL plant units, as per operational requirements.
• Executed preventive, periodic, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• Maintained daily operational logs, shift reports, and maintenance records.
• Ensured housekeeping standards, safety compliance, and smooth coordination between operations and maintenance teams, administration, and control of all activities carried out during the shift.
• To act in the capacity of Plant Manager whenever required, or during his absence.
• Supervision of operational and maintenance works.
• Fulfilling the client requirements and carrying out the work as per the scope of the contract.
• Ensuring the proper chemical dosing and optimum use of chemicals and other resources for better output.
• Carrying out PSM activities and making records to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
• Performing field operations whenever required.

• Designed mechanical parts and assemblies for gear mounting using Pro/E, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Participated in interior design and exhibition cabinet development for the Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant Information Centre, Tamil Nadu, India.
• Designed cabinet structures for exhibits at the Regional Science Centre, Chalakkudi, Kerala.
• Assisted in designing a scaled-down nuclear reactor model for the KKNPP Information Centre.
• Contributed to the innovative project, 'Geared Four-Way Lock,' associated with a patent application.
• Performed repair and maintenance of 3D printers, and 3D scanners.
• Created 3D models of mechanical components using Pro/E and 3D scanning techniques.
• Prepared technical and administrative documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
