Role: Group Leader - Handling a team with a strength of 35 people.

Project Name: Christus Health - Hospital Billing.

Responsibilities:

• Allocating the work to the team on a daily basis.
• Reducing AR and increasing the revenue for Provider.
• Responsible for collecting payments from insurance companies and maximizing monthly revenue for the Provider.
• Attending the client calls on a weekly basis.
• Monitoring the team's productivity and quality, and helping the team members to work effectively.
• Sending the individual performance report to the team and conducting the one-on-one sessions on a weekly basis in order to explain to the associates where they stand at the performance level and to understand the challenges that they face.
• Providing the daily progress data and action plan to upper-level management in terms of collecting the revenue from insurance companies.
• Handling the escalation emails and updates on the process that are received from the client side.
