o By covering 14Cr. Kms/year to reach every customer at every point in the nation

o By delivering >80% vehicles on time with < 0.4 DPV in spite of challenges like GST, E-way bill, Driver scarcity, etc

o In seamlessly shifting from push (Plant to RSO) to pull system of Direct dealer delivery, stretching our distribution from a simple 5 origin to 26 delivery points to an exhaustive 5 origin to 230 delivery points

o In seamlessly managing the reverse logistics of > 8500 vehicles for BS3 to BS4 conversion at plants by carefully planning and putting in place the procedure for documentation and physical process in time

o In implementing online tracking of vehicles thru AL’s iAlert

· As a first in CV industry

o Introduced Packaging of Cabin for transit vehicles to protect the fresh feel till customer end

o Introduced homogenous Mobile app based incoming inspection all along the distribution channel (from Chassis VTS out to Dealer gate in) and delivery process confirmation

· Production Planning for Chassis Assembly, based on marketing plan aligning Sourcing, Production and Marketing Teams

· Planned for 3 shifts along with contingencies to overcome any shortfalls in the supply chain without losing numbers

· Astutely led PPC team of 54 Associates & 6 Executives to ensure smooth flow of materials to line side ensuring nil stoppage

· Developed and analyzed Production report, Deviation from Plan report, Shortfall and Shortages report and D+2 Plan Monitoring Report on a daily basis to all the concerned Divisional Heads & Plant Head

· Worked on Schedule Adherence reports and why-why analysis of shortfalls, monthly to Plant Head & Functional Heads

· Managed IR issues as they arise, negotiated with the Trade Union for Department Level issues/ Job settlements

· Administered Total Employee Involvement activities like Small Group Activities & Quality Circles

· Motivated the Associates & facilitated them in every step towards 100% TEI annually

· Adeptly headed & managed Cross-functional Teams to focus & resolve issues that were inter and intra departmental

As Officer – Manufacturing - Chassis Assembly (Ennore Plant, Chennai)

· Astutely managed a team of 21 Associates and facilitated the lay down of 48 Chassis per shift in Chassis Assembly

· Monitored entire activities from PPC planning to facilitating required production from the Sub-Assemblies (Axles Dressing, and various other Sub-assemblies) for the main line on time

· Ensured fit and finish of the target production and enabled passing of the Chassis to road test directly (Direct to Road Test)

As Associate – Machine Shop/Assemblies (Ennore Plant, Chennai)

· Worked as an Operator in Various Assemblies (Chassis Assembly, Gear Box Assembly, Axles Assembly and Engine Assembly) and Machine Shops (CNC – Fanuc, Turning Machines)
