- E-Disclosure-Patent: Roller in dryer to dispense liquid using drum rotation. (Patent Filed)
- Two configuration for this concept: Manual Dispensing: User will dispense liquid at end of cycle and it will get dispensed in dryer using nozzle.
- Automatic Dispensing: Using a Bulk tank for storing liquid and dispensing when required automatically using valve arrangement.
- E-Disclosure-Patent: Removable Auger from Impeller using taper threaded arrangement. (Patent Filed)
- Removable auger post from impeller using taper threading arrangement as per customer requirement and thus can increase washer capacity.
- Cost out Engineer for Top Load Washer
- Change implementing for chrome plated part with Hot stamping process and hence saving cost of chrome plating process on ABS component.
- Top down owner for Sub washer Sub-System.
- Maintaining Complete Sub-washer assembly for NPi 2022 Program.
- Developed Fixture for Ease of assembly on Production Line.
- Design of new fixture for assembling of Impeller assembly to Basket without the need of operator to bend down and calculation of appropriate torque for Locking of Hub Nut.
- CAD modelling for CLASS-A appearance components such as Impeller, Basket ASM with maintaining Curvature continuity as per IDO design.
- Preparing .stl file for prototyping and creating DFA feature for attachment.
- Pugh Matrix analysis for different design concept
- 2D-Stack up analysis to resolve fitment issues.
- Understanding assembly process and assigning of GDnT scheme for components.
