  • Handling end to end training Operations of Self-paced/ External Certification/ Classroom/ Internal Assessment / Virtual Trainings/Skill 301 programs.
  • Responsible for executing the training program including the assessment, plan, implementation, facilitation, tracking and day-to-day operations
  • Identifying and processing new requests received from LMS and provide the course access to the employees to start the course
  • One point of contact for learners and BU – Academy, content owners and different stakeholders for trainings related needs and queries
