Description: GPA is a Global Platform for Alternatives, which involves various groups of users, such as transition, document procurement, fund audit, etc. It helps partners manage data, navigate market trends, and improve processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developed and maintained automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver to ensure functional and regression testing for web applications.
• Designed and implemented data-driven and keyword-driven frameworks using TestNG and Maven, reducing manual test execution time by 60%.
• Performed cross-browser testing using Selenium Grid to validate application compatibility across multiple browsers and platforms.
• Integrated automation test scripts with Jenkins for continuous integration, and continuous testing of web applications.
• Automated the end-to-end testing of web applications, ensuring complete coverage of UI and backend functionality.
• Collaborated with manual testers, developers, and business analysts to define test strategies, identify automation candidates, and ensure seamless execution.
• Participated in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospective), contributing to the team’s test planning and execution.

• Role: Tosca Automation Tester.

Description:

Best Buy is a US-born retailer that entered the e-commerce space early in the piece, and has since become a giant in the consumer electronics and home appliances category.

Established in 2002, Best Buy Canada is the largest e-commerce site in the consumer electronics category. However, they offer a vast selection of products in categories including electronics, appliances, furniture, fitness, travel, and baby.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understanding the business requirements.
• Developed, executed the automation scripts, and analyzed the results using Tosca
• Very good experience with Tosca Commander.
• Good exposure to exception handling in Tosca.
• Good exposure to action modes like Verify, Constraint, WaitON, and Buffer in Tosca.
• Hands-on experience with various object identifications in Tosca.
• Hands-on experience in creating scripts in Tosca using libraries, synchronization, and recovery scenarios.
• Clean-up scenarios and test configuration parameters.
• Hands-on experience in running the scripts in the Scratch Book and execution lists.
• Hands-on experience in validating the execution reports in Tosca.
• Performed sanity testing.
