  • Team Leadership & Process Design: In my role as a team lead, I’m responsible for managing a team of high-performing individuals, designing processes that enable better performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer engagement and feedback loops between the customer and the company.
  • Operations & Performance Management: I oversee key operational areas such as hiring, onboarding, training, performance tracking, and re-training. I also manage internal recognitions and promotions based on key metrics like monthly consultation volume, CSAT scores, adoption growth (from onboarding through the first three months), and revenue generated from re-boarded customers.
  • Process Optimization & Enablement: To enhance team efficiency, I focus on process improvements, automation of manual tasks, creating customer-facing decks, and staying updated on new product or company releases. I ensure continuous training so the team stays aligned with the latest developments.
  • Product Collaboration & Customer Advocacy: I act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and roadblocks identified during onboarding and implementation phases. I track the lifecycle of product requests—ongoing, created, and completed—and have contributed to over 117 product changes (including bug fixes and feature enhancements) through inputs collected by my team.
  • Customer Success Support & Revenue Impact: I work closely with Customer Success Managers, providing them with key data for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and sales discussions around up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.   • I was nominated to be part of the Customer Advocacy Program, where I helped enterprise customers connect directly with the Product team to share their challenges and feedback. I also took ownership of tracking their requests and provided regular live updates on the progress toward resolution.
  • Within six months, I was selected for the Top-Tier Customer Implementation Program, onboarding and re-boarding high-value accounts with an MRR exceeding $25,000. These accounts were handpicked by leadership and closely monitored through weekly progress calls to ensure timely go-lives.
  • Later, I transitioned into leading internal migration projects, working directly with leadership and key stakeholders. I managed end-to-end project execution for moving top-tier customers from older versions to new platform instances. This included team coordination, testing with assigned team members, performing quality checks, and confirming smooth transitions with customers post-migration.

  • Over two years, I earned five Quarterly Spot Awards, two H1/H2 Performance Awards, and multiple nominations for company-wide recognition programs. I was promoted to Team Lead within 16 months, becoming the youngest to do so in the team's history—significantly ahead of the typical 24–36 month promotion cycle.

  • As a startup, Javis offered the opportunity to take on multiple responsibilities. I led a market research and competitor analysis project focused on improving our product's user experience and positioning—evaluating pricing strategies and design elements against key competitors.
  • Additionally, I was involved in manual outreach, crafting and sending cold emails to prospects, setting up product demos in collaboration with the product team, and leveraging tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo for lead generation and coordination.

  • My role centered around onboarding, system enablement for adoption, account expansion, and retention—even against competitors offering free alternatives. I also coordinated on-field support teams to assist with issue resolution, device deployments, and customer training.
  • Unfortunately, during the COVID-19 pandemic, due to strategic downsizing, our entire team was dissolved. While my tenure was cut short, I remained highly motivated and deeply interested in continuing to grow within the role.
