• Validate purchase orders (POs) for accuracy (pricing, material, quantity, delivery address).
• Ensure pricing aligns with contracts, pricing sheets, and VK13 conditions.
• Maintain accurate master data for Sold-to, Ship-to, and Bill-to customers.

• Setting up of quotes (VA21) and contracts (VA41) based on purchase order (PO)
