Roles And Responsibilities

  • Provide production support for the GM Onstar GAA Application, which is the front end advisor screen where the advisors would be call center executives who would be logging into their respective machines and track the customer’s calls.
  • Join calls for solving production issues faced in our GAA application.
  • Releases would be held periodically and I would be responsible to perform the release steps outlined to be done.
  • Regular day-to-day activities include – preparing Batch dashboards, Executing Special CRs and Regular Restarts of GAA Application.
  • Inform the Command Control Center regarding the activities we perform.
  • In case of any issues, perform a break-fix to solve the issue as soon as possible.
  • ID administration, Handling sev-4 tickets and Batchwork.
  • 24/7 I am assisting with Instant payments for Deutsche bank transactions.
  • I used to communicate with my clients through calls and mails.
  • I am aiding Deutsche bank with inbound and outbound transactions.
  • Strengthened client relationships through effective communication and prompt resolution of concerns.
