Once I Left Aries, While I had many great opportunities, but with the help of a few friends & family I decided to try out doing it myself.

So I started my own firm named Cyber Fort Technologies, which currently has a strength of 15 from Designers, Backend/Frontend/Flutter Developers, QA Engineers, SEO Analysts, & Marketing. From this venture, I got many substantial skillsets like:

• Create a positive work culture, resulting in increased employee satisfaction and retention rates.
• Built productive relationships with industry partners.
• Manage partnerships and strategic business relationships by negotiating contract terms and handling conflicts.
• Develop a high-performance executive team for improved productivity and efficiency.
• Developed key operational initiatives to drive and maintain substantial business growth.

Although I did a bit of freelance works initially, this was my first career opportunity and where I got the taste of real programming.

Here I learned the basics like HTML, CSS, & Js. Although, most of my works were in Core PHP & Vanilla Js, many times I got to work in frameworks like CodeIgniter.
