Responsibilities:

  • Managed an average of (6-8) employees on a daily basis to meet production standards, where we focus on the best practices to deliver the products.
  • Responsible for creating a proper delivery channel between the offshore and onsite team.
  • Interacting with business team and gathering client requirements and refining those requirements for this new development.

Guests may use different platforms to place orders, be it a mobile app, an on-site guest-facing kiosk, or online. Regardless the method used, the ordering experience needs to be consistent and familiar for the guest every time. Orders arrive at the kitchen in the form of a printed or digital order where they are then fulfilled and delivered to guest.

Integrated Kitchen Display System manages order intake throttling to avoid flooding the kitchen. it also serves as an end-to-end solution, which creates a seamless experience for operators and guests alike. It’s more than just making sure orders are sent to the kitchen accurately or a for more accurate expeditor display. We’re talking next-level metrics that aren’t traditionally tracked today, such as order delivery times or item preparation times. Because an integrated solution provides the benefit of tracking the order lifecycle from start to finish, efficiency metrics can be captured at every stage of the process. Operators use these data to adjust guest and kitchen flow activity, and to make decisions about whether to open more service lanes, or add a line in the kitchen. Monitoring the lifecycle with better metrics encourages more efficient workflows and better guest service.
