• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of CCTV system, Access control system & Metal Detecting Equipment-WTMD(Walk Through Metal Detector), HHMD (Hand Held Metal Detector)
• Interacting with client and fulfill their needs as per their requirement
• Involving in Audit for Safety & Security systems at Customer premises
• Handling of new projects & completing on time
• Implementation CCTV set-ups & back-ups as per requirement
• Managing Material movement Gate pass portal
• Handling access control system Operations- Access card activation/deactivation for Employees and taking care of Employee’s request about access related issues
• Maintaining the Employee Access Inventory, Employee Access logs, restricted room access logs report and sharing to respective POCs
• Documentation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Reports & send to respective team/POC
• Controlling the Temperature & RH of the Critical locations like Data center, UPS and Switch/Hub room
• Resolving lighting and AC related issues
• Handling of Fire alarm & Fire exit/Panic door Alarm, Alerts from UPS, Data center and taking necessary actions and keeping tracks of the Alerts
