• Providing L3 support for VIL's IP MPLS and ILL networks, addressing complex issues across JUNIPER, CISCO, NOKIA, and ERICSSON platforms in CEN/FLDS Network.
• Managing end-to-end incident, fault, and change processes, including hardware management and coordination with vendors for technical support and replacements.
• Leading customer support for service-related issues, handled escalations, mentored new team members, and developed procedures for operational efficiency.
• Conducting monthly performance reviews to identify and implement network service improvements, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Utilizing a broad range of tools such as HPSM, OSM, SevOne and HPNNM to maintain and optimize network operations.

Led a seven-member IPTAC team, offering L2/L3 support to address escalated and long-standing IP connectivity cases for Vodafone Idea's network, ensuring maximum network service availability.

Project: GITNOC

Designed Low level network diagrams and prepared and deployed MOPs for project onboarding, ensuring seamless connectivity across MPLS, internet and VDI networks/services.

Project: IP NOC

Provided round-the-clock support for TCL's network, focusing on troubleshooting across MPLS and ILL networks and facilitated swift resolution of service disruptions.
