Roles and Responsibility :

• It is a data analysis product which helps brands to get insights of what result they might achieve if they initiate a campaign, for example McDonald's offers during new years and Christmas are handled on this product.
• Leading a team of 4 quality engineers, managing the task allocation and giving suggestions to improve the quality of delivery.
• Extensively involved in improving the test automation framework designed on Cypress , javascript language.
• Working on performing scalability , performance testing using Jmeter.
• Good exposure on Python language, jupyter notebook for database management and Pycharm Ide.
• Experience in testing and understanding Angular and React developed frontend applications.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of development work, facilitating knowledge sharing among team members.
• Streamlined Regression Automation scripts by creating smoke pipeline in Jenkins and create Automation stages to increase team efficiency and reduce time spent on repetitive tasks.
• Following agile development and participating in the ceremonies to understand the future backlogs and improve Automation scripts according to it.

Product : Tieto Payments Hub
Roles and Responsibility :

• It is a payment and messaging platform primarily licensed by European/Nordic banks (Swed Bank, Luminor, BNPP, SDC, etc.) to process messages and files through Engine / Bulker to a central gateway system (EBA)
• Good understanding of SEPA, SWIFT payment flow, SCT, and SDD flow with different mechanisms and scheme setups (INSTANT INST, P27, Target 2, EBA2SCT)
• Experienced in leading and mentoring QA team of 6 members.
• Hands-on experience in creating test plan, test strategy and regression entry / exit criteria documentation.
• Working on the continuous development of API framework with RestAssured to automate API scenarios, with Hybrid / BDD Cucumber, Maven project to build and TestNG to execute the test cases in parallel, and JAVA as programming language in Eclipse.
• Automated multiple payment processing scenarios using Selenium WebDriver methods where Outward Messages are processed through designated Messaging Queues (IBM MQ explorer) and vice versa like Incoming files, messages are processed through Incoming folders which are handled locally through WinSCP.
• Hands-on experience in creating Page Objects (Locator -XPath, CSS Selector) and Exception handling.

Product : Equipment Control System
Roles and Responsibility :

• Equipment Control System is a solution given to USA railways basically based on Kansas, to track the packages which is moved from one place to another through types different fleets.
• Automation test role where a team of 4 members were mentored and managed to deliver a quality product and reduce manual regression efforts through Selenium scripts with Java.
• Involved in the design and development of the Maven project with BDD Cucumber for UI automation.
• Creating automation test scripts using Element locators, WebDriver Methods, Java programming features, and TestNG Annotations
• Hands-on experience in MySQL, writing database retrieval queries.
• Experience with Microsoft Project Management Tool 'VSTS' for test cases design, test script execution through CI module Pipeline.
• Exposure to Jenkins and creation of pipelines for Smoke servers.

Product : Javelin Call plan Manager, and Javelin Alignment Manager.
Roles and Responsibility :

• Javelin in a patient product of ZS, which has many solutions to improvise the sales and marketing of pharmaceutical product in world market.
• Worked on Call planning solution which handled the medical reps calls and its frequency, outcome on any visit to a doctor or list of medical expertise who are in business to purchase/ market the new medicine forward.
• Worked on Alignment Manager, which handled the territory where medical reps where assigned to market the medical products, medicines.
• Developed and executed QA test cases using the qTest application.
• Contributed to project planning efforts, estimating time required for completion of QA activities and adjusting as necessary throughout development cycles.
• Boosted team efficiency through effective communication and collaboration during agile sprint planning sessions.

Products : Vendor Access and Survey System

Roles and Responsibility :

• Joined as a trainee engineer, received 2 months of core product training on all the Property Management software ( Property Listing, Craigslist, Onboarding clients to the property, Vendor Management, Utility Management, Payment Services, Rental Management, Property Exit Management and documentations, Net Promoter Score in Survey Systems) which were developed by Entrata.
• Extensively worked on Vendor Management , which end to end handled the maintenance requests of the clients who were residing in our Customers property, the purchase orders, invoices and clearance were done through the application Vendor Access.
• Survey System was a web based support system for gathering the NPS score, and customer satisfaction report for all the services Entrata provided all over the world.
• Involved in sprint plan meeting and agile ceremonies to understand the requirements and the priority of the deliveries.
• Documented test cases , maintained traceability matrix and uploaded results after doing the functional testing on local branch.
• Used tool Zephyr in maintaining the test cases and test results, JIRA for defect and task management.
• Extensively involved in functional , integration and system testing for the frontend and API testing using Postman for the backend services.
• Gained Hands on experience in executing queries and testing through PostgreSql and Mysql data base servers.
