With almost 3 years of experience with EA, it's been a lot of learning, and play a role in maintaining the integrity, safety, and quality of content on gaming platforms. Also a dedicated and results-driven professional with a diverse background within the process. From early roles that laid the foundation for my expertise to more recent positions where I've earned specialized skills, each step has been integral to my growth in my career.

• We are responsible for enforcing the platform's community guidelines, terms of service, and legal regulations. We review user-generated content to ensure it meets these standards and take appropriate action against content that violates the rules, such as removing or flagging inappropriate material.
• We also help to protect our true fans from harmful or offensive content, including hate speech, graphic violence, harassment, and other forms of abusive behavior. By identifying and removing such content, we create a safer and more positive online environment for players and if necessary we escalate sensitive cases to the appropriate team for the benefit of the player
• We make sure by the end of the day we meet our SLAs and key matrices to help meet our organizational goal.
• By monitoring and filtering content to ensure it aligns with the brand's values and image, we make sure to maintain trust and credibility among users and stakeholders.

Over my 3 years of career with Genpact, I've accumulated a wealth of diverse experiences that have shaped my skill set and professional outlook.

• During my 3 years tenure at Genpact, I had the opportunity to dive into various aspects of my role with a premier social media client (Facebook) on the content moderation process. I work with the safety towers on community operations on a given tool where we take appropriate actions and experience in handling escalated issues to senior-level executives and filter the platform.
• In my role in the org, I was entrusted with a diverse range of responsibilities apart from content moderation, I also drive data reports of consistency and productivity for my team daily. It helps each of us to keep an overview of individuals' respective performances and also helps us to detect errors later on which can be rectified to improve the quality.
• I have also been assigned a temporary SME (6 months) for our team in the absence of my team lead, working closely with my manager and handling the team in every prospect to meet the benchmark of process handling to performance quality.

• I worked as an intern for the organization in the field of SEM, SMM, Content Writing
• It was a two months of summer internship program of the academic curriculum during my post graduation.
