As the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) at SECL, I lead the Vigilance Division and provide advisory support to the CMD on vigilance matters. My role extends to being the nodal officer for interactions with CVC, Ministry of Coal, and CBI concerning vigilance issues.

As the Director in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), I led the oversight of significant Central Vista projects, including Kartavya Path (KP), New Parliament Buildings (NPB), Vice President Enclave (VPE), and Common Central Secretariat (CCS-1, CCS-2, CCS-3). The contractors involved were Shapoorji & Pallonji, TATA, KCPL, and L&T, with CPWD serving as the executive agency.

· As Senior Divisional Engineer (Coordination) of Sambalpur Railway Division, my job was the custodian of existing railway assets and properties of more than 20,000 crores of land, tracks, bridges, station buildings, colonies, workshops etc and upkeeping as well.

· Budgeting, planning and distribution of division

· Nodal officer for execution, progress, and coordination with Zonal HQ and Railway board

· Coordinate with all railway PSUs (RVNL,RITES,IRCON) for their execution, commissioning of projects

· Coordinate with state govt, central govt, min of environment & Forest, water resource dept , NHAI, CPWD etc

· Disciplinary authority of more than 2500 employees

· Resolving the issues of unions, consultative committees, MLA/MPs etc

As an Executive Engineer (Construction)(2014-2018) and Deputy Chief Engineer (Construction)(2018-2020), I was entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the creation of significant new assets, with projects exceeding 500 Cr and 1000 Cr for the doubling of Delang-Puri and Bhadrak-Nergundi 3rd line, respectively.
