Study on effect of cutting parameters on cutting forces by simulation and experimentation, Journal of Mechanical Engineering Research and Developments, The machining process is used to create products and components by removing material from a parent material. This study examines the cutting forces generated during milling of Aluminium 7050 T-7451 and models a mathematical model to predict the cutting forces for different parameters, with future work examining the residual stresses.
