- Average pricing and netting of trades for specific clients as per instructions from traders. Escalating trades via email or phone call in case of discrepancies.

- Monitoring and ensuring smooth and timely clearing and settlement of trades between DB and counterparties.
- Liaising with internal and external stake holders (Client, Client Services, Brokers, Exchange and Clearing House) involved in clearing and settlement.
- Identifying, escalating, and resolving trade flow issues.
- Monitoring Exception Management System and resolving if any.
- Addressing and resolving Queries from Clients, Broker, and Traders.
- Performing Quality Checks for all the manual tasks.
- Reviewing and performing key control checks ensuring zero trade breaks (exchange vs client account).
- To conduct process training for new joiners.
- Documenting and updating procedure documents.
- Assisting the Reconciliation team in resolving the trade breaks.
- Daily and weekly operation tasks updating.
- Projects performed to reduce the breaks for T+1 Team.
- Maintaining the trackers for the entire team related to Training, process knowledge, etc.
- Supporting manger in the absence of supervisor.
- Liaising with Project team to ensure timely execution of the projects.
- Liaising with Technology team on BAU issues.
