• Directly supporting AXA XL underwriters / DAMs in Policy administration, Endorsements and Renewals.
• Booking of premium amounts in genius (A software for managing premiums and claims)
• Managing the high priority (Premium) accounts as an AR (Account Representative) ensuring that are released within predefined TAT of 24 hours
• Handling and solving escalations from clients, broker and Middle Office and ensuring all KPIs are met
• Train new joiners, on generating loss runs, endorsements involving additional premium/return premiums and on core process knowledge
• Assigning and getting tasks done by the team in a timely manner to maintain and monitor the targets.
• Help in preparing monthly reports for onshore colleagues and sending MOM accordingly
• Leading onshore biweekly catch-up calls and discussing the agendas of the team with Underwriters
