• When water crisis arises in 2016 and MIDC water cut down by half, initiated water usage optimization drive and reduced water consumption by 45% on daily basis, Due to that, even though water intake reduced, plant run on full capacity, saved 20-million-liter water annually practically with zero cost

• Efficiently drove Tata Business Excellence model implementation
