Housekeeping Management:
1. The house keeping staff day to day cleaning activities.
2. The sharing feedback with Supervisor and housekeeping team as and when about the areas where cleaning has to be done.
3. And requesting supervisor to maintain Daily for monthly, weekly checklist.
4. And allocating weekend task for supervisor.
5. Sharing the facilities feedback with the Vendor as and when about the issues faced in Empower.
6. Co-ordinate with vendor in getting the medical certificate for the All staffs present to certify they are physically fit.
7. Provide adequate training to the house keeping staff whenever required.
8. Report all work orders to engineering/maintenance any and all problems needing repairs.
9. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standard.
10. Recommend and implement methods to increase the quality of services.
11. The staff of upcoming events and ensure proper preparation and staffing for each event.
