Talent Acquisition

  • Assessing the Company’s future staffing requirements over the short, medium and long term, Liaising with the senior management to determine their human resources requirement, Producing a comprehensive human resource plan for the company’s expansion.
  • Independently handling entire gamut of IT and Non-IT Recruitment Recruiting Talents from various sources Job Portals, social media networking (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter), Head Hunting & Referrals etc.

Onboarding

  • Co-ordinating with Functional Heads & conducting Department induction.
  • Taking care of all Joining formalities (Joining forms, P.F, & Bank A/C openings).
  • Preparing New Joiner data for Employee Code generation and HR-MIS, Issuing Offer & Appointment, Co-ordinating with ID& Access cards Vendors for issuing Cards

Talent management and Budgeting

  • Focusing on the people as part of the change is my focus.

Key Responsibilities

At the onset of my career at Lankasri and Sunmix I had the opportunity to be a part of the business acquisition and launch of many Websites and Digital Channels. As this was a new business, in addition to my core role as an HR I took on additional roles as per business requirements and its movement to the new office. Therefore, irrespective of the nature of any of the employee’s concerns both HR & non-HR related I ensure to support and address all their concerns. 


  • Led a team of HR professionals to successfully complete a major HR project on time and within budget Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Dealt with all Business Leaders across India, Sri Lanka assisted them in resource allocation, attrition, compensation grid and retention Given opportunity to run and handle Customer support team to manage the business.
  • Handled Site management using report analysis tools and google analytics worked closely with the team to enhance their performance to meet business needs.
  • Coordinate monthly get together on birthday bash and seasonal get together and annual outings.
