Business/Financial:

  • Designed, planned and managed the construction of a ward in hospital basement during COVID period (2020) for 30 Patients.
  • Managed and supervised construction of Single & Sharing rooms in 4th floor along with the Admin room during COVID period.
  • Worked on various projects involving construction with other Civil Engineers coordination during the Omni Hospital start-up in the year 2015.

  • To conduct daily and weekly checks/visits in the facility to ensure smooth maintence operations.
  • Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of engineering and maintenance equipment.
  • Audit readiness and ensure compliance of the engineering data systems.
  • Taking decisions on approvals for new equipment, replacement, and upgradation.
  • Tracking on daily basis on consumption of electricity and water and overseeing the deviation in the billing amount.
