- Responsible for NPD (Stamping and Moulding) inspection Planning & Execution using various instruments.
- Create and run CMM/VMS programs for New and running products. Checking fixtures and inhouse gauges calibration. (Renishaw, Accurate, Zeiss, Hexagon).

- Improvements in Inspection methods by implementing new gauges, poka-yoke.
- Attend VS Meetings on daily basis to resolve daily issues with CFT.
- Conduct 5S Audits, Layered process audits, SLM Trainings, BBS and Gemba Walks.
