As a production manager, I am handling the entire show, beginning from asset to final comp delivery. My responsibility includes ensuring that all the show milestones are met with optimum bid utilization.
I also have to schedule the departmental task as per milestones and execute the same on the floor I plan the weekly resource requirement and ensure proper utilization of resources as per the planned target.
My tasks also include foreseeing any 911 situations and informing the key stakeholders about the same as well as working with the team to find solutions in case of such scenarios.
My duties also include generating the weekly show quota reports to gauge the overall health of the show.
As a line producer, I was bidding & budgeting the entire VFX shows from Netflix for the company.
I was also responsible for vendor management and executing the timely show delivery.
I was also the key point of contact between the Studio for Netflix and the Amazon prime team. I had a team of 40 artists and 4 production coordinators that I managed along with the different vendors.
With Philmcgi I got the opportunity as an on-site line producer and gained experience handling production requirements during the actual shoot by working closely with the VFX shoot supervisor and noting the RPM + VFX requirements for shots during the shoot.
As a resource manager my job was to forecast resources as per the requirements provide by the show producer/production team.
As a department coordinator we had a team of 100 artist and we use to manage the daily activities dailies, show priorities, and schedule the task for that particular department as per the planning provided by the show producer. also make sure that the assignments for the artist and Vendor were made as per the artist skill set after consulting show supervisor.
In prime Focus I started as production coordinator for animation department (CG animated series Lego Chima ) where i had to handle a team of 80 animators the key responsibility was to insure the daily production quota of targeted second planned for each animator is met. post this i was promoted as asset manager where i had to make sure the all the asset dependency for the down stream department were completed at list two episodes in advanced. I handle all the asset building team (Concept, Modeling Texturing, Rigging, Lookdev)
Prana was one of the big Animation studios in India, I got a chance to work with Prana as evfx artist (Groom & Simulation).
In these years, I have worked on many animation projects like Tinker Bell (2008), Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure (2009), Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue (2010), Tinker Bell and the Secret of Wings (2012), Planes (2013)
Fire films were a new start-up studio in Mumbai in 2008. I started my career with fire films as CG Texture & Lookdev Artist, I worked on CG fiction films.
