Playing the effective role of Maker in end to end client accounting:
➢ Ensure accurate capturing of key deal terms (Agreement Amount, Tenure, Interest
Rate, Interest reset details etc.) in the Loan Management System
➢ Ensure correct calculation of upfront fees along with the applicable taxes
➢ Ensure correct generation of repayment schedule and amendment thereof on each
disbursement.
➢ Ensure Fresh & Tranche/Subsequent Disbursement booking is done on timely basis
➢ Ensure accurate appropriations/allocations of receipts and recording of all
accounting related entries in Loan Management System.

Interface with the Customers:
➢ Ensure Payment advice are sent to the borrowers prior to the due date stating the
dues to be remitted along with the Bank details
➢ Ensure Balance Confirmations are sent to all accounts & acknowledged copies are
received from the client.
➢ On satisfaction of entire dues, accounts are properly terminated in the Loan
Management System & No Dues Certificate is issued.

• Analysis and examine cost audit data maintained by the company
   Preparing abridged cost statement of each individual product.
   Preparingprofit reconciliation statement of cost accounting records withfinancial accounting records
   Preparing value addition statement
   Calculation and analysis of financial ratios
   Collection ofthe necessary documents and information relatedto Finance & Costingfrom the concerned person intheorganization for Cost Audit Planning.
   Handling the cost audit for various industrial clients (Industries like Steel Pharma Chemical, Construction)
   Reporting overhead allocation - location-wise and department-wise.
   Documenting the Form CRA-4, which are to be uploaded with MCA. Generate the X BRL file of cost audit report using XBR L tool.
   Drafted the compliance report for various industries.
