• Preparing and Analysing Vendor and Customer Ageing and following up for a Cash Inflow and control on Cash Outflow
• Taking Automation and Digitization initiatives
• Timely Reporting to higher authorities
• Heading AP, Costing and supporting Credit functions
• Ensure Compliance with regulatory requirements
• Determining, Controlling and Analysing Ecomm business and thereafter looking after proper accounting of the same

• Oversee Accounts Payable & Costing of Eastern Region
• Production of monthly Budgets, MIS, Provisions, Cash Flow, BRS and Monthly Closure Activity
• Reconcile the Vendors and Employees account
• Identify area of Cost Control and take steps to ensure efficiencies in the cost are obtained
• Results need to be monitor and presented to the management
• Identify areas where the internal controls and check need to be implemented
• Involved in various projects of the company also
• Timely Reporting to higher authorities
• Involved in GST reconciliation of Eastern region
• Also responsible for Fixed Asset upload and Fixed Asset Disposal for Eastern Region
• Responsible for Statutory and Internal Audit for Eastern Region
• Ensure Compliance with regulatory requirements
• Involved in providing Yearly Budget for next FY
• Responsible for giving Variance report to Management on monthly basis
• Heading AP, AR, Costing and supporting Credit functions
• Filing of GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B for Eastern Region
• Asking for Supplementary Budget as and when required after proper analysis
• Payment of Statutory Tax like TDS and P Tax
• Taking Automation and Digitization initiatives

• Oversee the accounts of Kolkata Branch
• Production of monthly budgets, MIS and cash flows
• Reconcile the Vendors and Employees account
• To make Contract of Vendors and to meet lawyers and Professional Person on need basis
• Identify area of Cost Control and take steps to ensure efficiencies in the cost are obtained
• Results need to be monitor and presented to the management
• Identify areas where the internal controls and check need to be implemented
• Timely Reporting to higher authorities
