- Involve in document and drawing review from the Engineering stage, Prepare the Method of statement, and all construction related documents, etc.
- Take Bill of material as per the project Specification and Datasheet during procurement stage.
- Prepare Procurement register and Postal order Document register to easy understand the status of materials and document.
- Prepare the work execution plan and monitor the site activity every day and update in the document.
- Material reception, review the material certificate and conformity certificate, ATEX and NACE certification, IP certification as per the project requirement.
- Arrange the Third Party Inspection if require in the project scope, coordinate with the QA/QC to prepare the RFI for inspect the materials.
- Coordination with Civil discipline to complete cable trench excavation as per the cable routing layout, coordinate with Mechanical discipline to fabricate the support of Instrument Junction Boxes and Control panels, as per the Installation drawing.
- Coordination for mobilizing the material to site and prepare the gate passes Lifting plan, Work permit, and certification for all equipment which are using inside the Plant.
- Monitoring the Tool box talk and safety meeting to educate subordinators and technicians about HSE plan and Hazardous.
- Monitoring and following the Permit to Work System implemented by Qatar Petroleum for safe work execution.
- Coordination with sub-contractors and Vendors to prepare the required documents and Drawing to forward the Clint for review and approval.
- Supervising the installation of Instruments, JBs cable trays, conduits, control panels, F&G detectors, control valves, shut down valves, parallel redundant UPS (Gutor-100KVA), Fiscal metering system and Bia directional and compact Prover etc.
- Supervising the cable laying cable testing record the parameters in the record foams, Glanding and termination of cables.
- Supervising and witnessing the calibration of Instruments and valves, preparing RFI to witness the calibration by the Clint.
- Coordination with F&G, DCS and ESD system vendors to modifying the existing logic and graphics as per the project requirement.
- Pre Loop checking the Instrument from the field and verifying that the inputs are connected correctly.
- Simulating the Instrument from the field and verifying all out put (Annunciator, Horn, Beacons) are functioning as per the alarm trip setting.
- Supervising to clearing all punch point which are issued by the Clint.
