• Handled Utilities comprising of 1100 TR Refrigeration plant with EVAPCOs, 1800 KL ETP with ZLD & EDR, 2x 45 KL UF-RO, Boilers, Air Compressors Systems for the entire plant operations.
• Executed expansions and projects for ZLD , ETP and WTP.
• Accountable for driving PM Pillar for site.
• Responsible for maintaining the Repairs and Maintenance Budgets and Power & Fuel expenditures in line with AOP.

• Accountable for maintaining metrics viz Line Productivity,Losses,Specific Consumptions and GMP standards as per budgets and guidelines.
• Executed expansion of Brewery from 5.5 Mn HLPA to 6.5 Mn HLPA across Process ( 3 UTs and 1 BBTs), Refrigeration Section augmentation to 500 TR, VAM, ETP augmentation with UASBR, WTP and new Grinding System from Buhler.
• Coordinated for JH Level-1 audit.

Started at Graduate Trainee and promoted as Senior Engineer.

• Responsible for power Plant operations comprising 2 x 30 TPH Boiler with 20 MW Turbines.
• Coordinated for E&C of new 30 TPH Boiler with 10 MW Turbine along with all supporting utilities viz Sub station, DGs, WTP, Fuel and ash handling systems, Cooling Towers.
