• Raw material & Solid fuel testing and inspection and documentation
• Limestone pile preparation and pyro process, achieving set raw mix and clinker with minimum standard deviations.
• Testing of product wise cement grinding and packing stage as per set targets
• Data management, integrating XRF, CTM, Bomb Colorimeter and other lab equipments with LIMS.
• SAP and Safety coordination of the department.
• PSD, Clinker and Slag Microscopy.
• Monthly PV of raw material and solid fuel, maintain the stock and documentation.
• Participated in regular management review meetings, providing updates on quality control performance and suggesting areas for improvement.
• Updated quality control standards, methods, and procedures to meet compliance requirements.
• Developed and analysed quality control processes and deliverables to determine present standards and establish recommended action plans.
• Consistently maintained detailed records of all quality control activities for easy reference during audits or process evaluations.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify potential areas of improvement in production processes, leading to enhanced product quality.
• Coordinated with other departments to establish preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, reducing downtime due to unexpected failures or malfunctions.
• Used LIMS to produce reports regarding daily production quality, nonconformance of products or processes and quality trends.
• Played an instrumental role in achieving ISO certification by diligently adhering to all required industry standards and best practices.
