Hub 2 – GA Project:

• Experienced in managing both CI and CD for the frontend applications (JavaScript) using the Jenkins pipelines and Hub2 tool (internally developed for CD).
• Experienced in managing the issues related to ECS clusters, IAM permissions, and VPC connections during and after the deployment.
• Supported the developers in creating the most of the AWS services (IAM roles, S3 buckets, Lambdas, CloudWatch alerts, SNS notifications, DB creation, and SSM parameters) in support of their development lifecycle in different environments (sandbox, stage, and production).
• Experienced in fixing the issues related to applications on both the server level and the application level.
• Also, our day-to-day tasks cover analyzing the security risks using the Orca tool, and cloud cost savings using AWS Budgets and the Cloudability tool.
• I was also part of SRE tasks to maintain the uptime of systems and applications using the Zabbix and Grafana monitoring tools. I responded to each alert with the next plan of action for the fix.

GenAI Project:

• Experienced in managing both AWS and Azure resources using infrastructure as a code tool like Open Tofu and AWS native CloudFormation, and also part of managing the security risks and alerts.
• Responsible for provisioning different AI models (OpenAI, Claude, and Vertex) on different cloud providers and exposing them on different machine learning (ML) services like AWS SageMaker, OpenSearch, and Azure AI Search.
• Implemented the Lambda functions using Python for the default VPC, unused SSM parameters, and unused ECR images cleanup.
• I worked on different automation and POCs to continuously improve the project solutions based on the review.
• Improved the release efficiency by 50% by integrating the jobs from different GitHub Actions workflows and by introducing CI/CD best practices.

• Experience in maintaining the security groups and NACL configurations during the code deployment, as well as certain changes and activities in the pre-production and testing environment.
• Handling AWS tasks involving troubleshooting connectivity issues in VPCs, communication, AWS VPN, and Direct Connect services.
• Created and modified the IAM policies and rules according to the user requests.
• Used IaC tools such as Terraform to deploy AWS services, such as EC2, VPC, S3, etc.

• Troubleshooting complex LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routing protocols EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
• Day-to-day handling of WebEx with customers and other parties in case of customers reporting poor network performance or network-related issues.
• Fixed various issues, such as high latency, link fluctuation, high availability failures, asymmetric routing, and unavailability of the internet.
