• Over 13+ Years of IT experience in all aspects of IT Product Ownership , IT Service Management and Business intelligence applications with a strong background in Service Management, Database development, Data warehousing /Decision Support Systems and Business Intelligence Tools such as SAP BO , MS PowerBI, SAP BW, Tableau , QlikView / QlikSense Development/ Administration.

• Experience in handling several IT services and products built on technologies like Java , .Net , AWS , Azure cloud.

• Experience in Handling big team size comprising of both internal and external Vendor resources.

• Experience in handling and fulfilling IT compliance activities like IT Cybersecurity topics , IT Audits. Involved in several User IT initiatives which requires Design thinking concept and application.

• Experience in working on initiatives like Revamp activities ,Automation for Corporate IT Portals and applications.

• Experience in working as Service Manager / Owner for SAP BI/BO platform.

• Handled and managed multiple Vendors and worked on supporting several Applications on BI platform.

• Expertise in business intelligence lifecycle projects from requirement gathering, documentation, data analysis, modelling, development, testing, production, deployment and support.

• Worked with waterfall, Agile, Scrum and Iterative software development methodologies. Creating and Publishing Lumira Stories and dashboard to Lumira server and BO Enterprise Server.

• Good Exposure and working experience on Proof of Concepts for IT Products , BI Platform viz. SAP BI ,Power BI,Tableau for various clients and Industry.

• Expertise in Creating Reports / Dashboards using PowerBI /QlikView / Tableau using different data sources like Oracle, SQL Server, Flat files, excel as per the business requirement.

• Good exposure in validating the IT Products / Applications by preparing the Test Plans & Cases. Excellent analytical, co-ordination, interpersonal, leadership, organizational and problem solving skills.

• Ability to adapt, learn new technologies and get proficient in them swiftly and work on challenging yet exciting roles which brings value add for both organization and business users.

• Star Award - Siemens IT, Pune, October 2021: Received Star Award for Successfully managing IT Services and completing all the IT Compliance activities including IT Audits successfully.
