- Handling of Contractors and labour for module cleaning and plant Maintenance activities
- Managing the routine Inspection of Electrical inspector, labour inspector and Factories Inspector
- Effective Resolution of Day-to-Day Problems and ensure effectiveness of Quality Control System
- Review the reports of generation daily and monthly, review meetings, plan and develop new methods to improve the station operational efficiency and reliability
