Key roles and responsibilities of MENA Strategy and Operations Leader:

• Planning Budgeting and finalization of work orders: Planning and budgeting, finalization of GDS MENA FTE rate cards, signing up work orders in consultation with MENA and GDS POCs, management of recruitment requisitions and ongoing interactions with MENA Stakeholders.
• Pricing, Billing, Collection and Expense Management: Operations team will play a key role in GDS pricing for large deals in MENA, billing and collections, and expense management
• GDS MENA Accounts Centricity Program: Drive GDS MENA Accounts Centricity Program, develop KPIs for GDS Account leaders and teams and monitor achievement of ACP KPIs
• Talent Acquisition + Skilling Programs for MENA: Drive talent acquisition (50+ resources) and skill development initiatives like Program Alliance, Arabic Education, Strategy Skill Development Program, Technology Skill Development Program, Sector Skilling Program etc.
• Service Quality Excellence: Ensure quality in service delivery, solicitation of customer feedback and escalation management. Fostered a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging staff to share innovative ideas and providing resources for professional development.

• Worked for 9 months with EY India, Kochi office as Director - Risk Advisory and involved in business development initiatives for Kerala and portions of Coimbatore Market
• Lead internal audit engagements with clients in Pharma and Manufacturing sectors.

• Lead a team of 29 resources in Risk - Internal Audit and 6 resources in Financial Accounting Advisory Services - Process & Controls vertical
• Hands-on experience in leading Internal Audit and Internal Audit analytics engagements in sectors such as Aviation, Industrial Products, and Manufacturing companies.

• Engaged in conduct of risk assessment and internal audits for the various Ministries in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

• Managed the internal audit of a large Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) in India
• Managed the review of corporate governance and internal controls over related party transactions for a large NBFC in South India.

• Managing Credit risk appraisal of home loan customers, sanctioning of home loans, Disbursements
• Maintaining relationships with two DSA teams comprising of 10 members each and with builders.
