Responsible for the migration of 600+ reports, as Tableau is being adapted as the new reporting tool, as an internal organizational decision.

• I wrote user manuals and other documentation for roll-out in end-user training sessions.
• Created comprehensive Tableau design documentation and co-wrote Confluence pages for SIT and UAT testing approaches during the migration.
• Adopted new DevOps standards, ensuring streamlined processes and improved efficiency.
• Adapted the migration requirements, performance, and end results based on end-user requirements.
• Analyzed user needs and software requirements to determine design feasibility.
• Maximized performance through testing and tuning of applications.
• Collaborated with project managers to define project scope, timeline, and deliverables.
• Resolved end-user issues by establishing workarounds and solutions to debug and create defect fixes.
