  • When the customer disputes such transactions then we will reverse all the fees which are valid and charged against the disputed transactions
  • CREDIT BUREAU DISPUTES: Full-time cross-trained with CBD
  • The process is all about setting up the credit scores of US customers from different bureaus which we receive daily
  • Based on the delinquency history of the customer account we research and do the necessary correction by removing delinquency on the a/c and if necessary, deleting the customer from all the credit bureaus for his better credit score
  • CREDIT 1ST CHARGEBACK: The process is all about credit card transactions made by US customers
  • The customer calls customer care and gives the information about the transactions which is not authorized or recognized by him, the associate in us files the case based on the details given by the customer.
