• Started with L1, L2 and L3 level tasks in servers, performing daily planned change activities and as days passed developed into supporting whole environment which includes 5000 plus Linux and windows servers with minimum guidance to take transition from new clients and provide 24/7 availability of servers and services.
• Build new servers by installing OS, configure network and other security and monitoring tools for client
• Communicate with Customer to understand issues and provide quick technical support and resolve issue to meet with SLA.
• Apply monthly patches to Linux servers and server auditing
• Install, Configure and Deploy OS on servers using DC control panel's.
• Perform quality analysis on per-production servers before go live
• Perform host level storage migration.
• Manage LVM related activities to add, remove storage
• Installation and configuration of Linux OS and windows to run applications like wordpress, Joomla and Magento etc.
