• Monitoring to daily business and collection efficiency.
• Credit appraisal done for all the JLG members at the time of FLT- Financial Literacy Training & GRT (Group Recognizing Test).
• Responsible for achieving branch targets of outreach, Portfolio quality and portfolio disbursement on a monthly basis.
• Monitoring member sourcing and group formation.
• Managing branch whole team & Reduce overdue and NPAs
• Coordination with cross–functional teams (PRODUCT TEAM, RISK, HR & IT)
• Maintaining MIS of Daily business and Bucket recovery (Above 60+ & 180+) details.
• Prepare recovery strategies for overdue customers.
• Maintain positive customer relations while ensuring repayment
• Primary Role: JLG - JOINT LIABILITY GROUP

• 1. Collect daily/weekly/ monthly loan repayments from clients.
  
  2. Support clients in savings deposits and loan disbursements.
  
  3. Verify customer KYC and loan documents.
  
  4. Maintain proper transaction registers, ledgers, and files.
  
  5. Ensure compliance with RBI / NBFC-MFI guidelines.
  
  6. Assist loan officers during group meetings and field visits.
  
  7. Help in mobilizing clients for new loan applications.
  
  8. Guide clients about repayment schedules and product features.
  
  9. BSBDA account opening for all SHG & JLG members.
