Job Responsibility: Leading Talent Acquisition operations team comprising 100+ members responsible for:
· Support the head of recruiting by managing all operational aspects of recruiting and identify opportunities to drive the efficiency and effectiveness
· Train the recruiting organization, hiring managers and interviewers on operational changes to promote excellence
· Build relationships and collaborate across HRSS, Finance, Group IT, Procurement, Legal, Marketing and more
· Lead, develop, grow, and manage a recruitment operations strategy to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
· Manage change and related communications
· Obtain business and candidate feedback on recruitment quality and identify improvement opportunities
· Oversee recruitment systems and tools, reporting and analytics, onboarding, employer branding & diversity recruiting
· Organize and lead regular ATS change control discussions collaboratively with TA, Group IT and HR
· Monitor and audit performance (system and process) to identify areas of opportunity for system enhancement
· Develop and maintain system and process documentation to support system changes and enhancements. Design end user training and communication to support change management for system enhancements
· New offer rollout for laterals, leadership hires & Campus - PAN India, across verticals.
· Facilitating system & offer template changes in accordance with Organization level or policy changes.
· Document collection for all HR selects to ease load for recruiters.
· Push offers in OM queue for offer release to candidate
· Validating all offer released cases for system readiness and work on BGV insufficiency for all Offers in Market
· Act as a bridge between TA and Onboarding - supporting virtual Onboarding requirements
· Harmonization of Offer letters for Campus and laterals
· Automation of Offer contract generation for Laterals, campus, and Interns
· Integration of processes and policies with multiple acquired companies
· Branding change initiatives
