Managed Google calendar for meeting room bookings & coordinated with the SPOC for the day to day event/Meeting.
Coordinated with housekeeping and maintenance teams for the day to day setup & arrangements of meeting room & special requests promptly.
Maintaining day to day events tracker.
Facilitated communication between different SPOC to ensure Customer meetings/partners meeting & Leadership visits needs were met efficiently.
Taking care of interoffice courier services & documentation.
Additionally taking care of stamps & seal for official documentation purpose of the employees.
Assessing lockers/cubbies for the employee for official purpose.
Coordinated with security team with overall entry and exit of the guest.
