- Troubleshooting SIP Call related issue like MOS, PDD, Call Failures, CLI issues, RTP and provide permanent or fix solutions

- SIP Interconnection with new carriers and testing all the Interop test cases and prepare a report based the procedure

- Moving CDR logs from Genband SBC to NAS server as per the disk utilization in our Server
- Monitoring Alarms in Monitoring tools(RSM,Solarwind and Nagios) clearing the alarms and checking with the corresponding team if any issue pop-up
