The scope of work shifted from waterfall to Agile methodology. The tasks included:
1. Provide demos for Automated Accounts Payable, Reconsmart tool, and Collections Workbench to new clients.
2. Gather client requirements on-site
3. Perform FIT-GAP analysis to assess the feasibility of business requirements.
4. Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Design (FD) documents.
5. Secure sign-off from the deal team for production implementation.
