PV Solar Power Projects at Cochin International Airport

a. Preparation of Feasibility Reports, Tender documents, technical specifications, evaluation of bids and selection of Solar EPC Contractors.

b. Project Management including supervision of works and preparation of Running Account Bills.

c. Overseeing the operation and maintenance activities of various Solar PV Plants.

Civil, Hydro-mechanical and Electro-mechanical works for the Arippara Small Hydro Electric Project(4.5MW) allotted to CIAL by Government of Kerala

a. Assistance in the preparation of DPR,preparation of tender documents and evaluation of bids.

b. Assistance in land acquisition activities (Project required acquisition of 7.5 acres of land from 25 land owners).

c. Project Management functions at site including coordination of Civil Works, Hydro-mechanical and Electro­ mechanical Works.

d. Inspection of equipment for the Electro-mechanical Works and preparation of Running Account Bills.

e. Liaison with government organizations such as KSEB Limned, Kerala State Electrical Inspectorate, Kerala PWD,Kerala Forest Department etc. and administrative bodies like Grama Panchayath, District Collectorate etc., for obtaining necessary approvals.

Electrical Operations and Maintenance as Duty Manager Electrical

Presently working in the role of Duty Manager Electrical managing the sift duties undergoing electrical operation and maintenance of all the electrical installations such as 110kV sub stations, Aerofield ground lighting systems, terminal substations, lifts etc
