Role: Business Analyst / Agile Scrum Master

• Perform Business analysis and act as a point of contact with external vendors, integrators and various business representatives and ensure involving through review, feedback, and alignment with business stakeholders on respective areas.
• Responsible for gathering and analyzing user requirement and impact analysis during Project preparation phase Producing, Reviewing general detailed functional Specification to project teams.
• Prepare GFS to clarify and communicate the specifications to all the relevant stakeholders involved and Responsible for enhancing the product backlog with detailed specifications.
• Collaborating with external clients to manage and execute data integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
• Conducted data mapping and field mapping using SQL to ensure accurate alignment of data across various systems and databases.
• Analyzing client requirements and designing customized data integration solutions to meet their specific needs. Facilitating communication between internal teams and external clients
• Preparing detailed test scenarios for sprint demos to ensure all functionalities are accurately tested and presented also Conducting sprint demos to showcase completed features and functionalities to stakeholders and gather feedback
• Responsible for proper documentation of functional and non-functional specifications also review test cases of SIT tester and patterns and best-practices and support UAT.
• Contributing to change management support and to defining and implementing a Target Operating Model (TOM) for business processes or adapting the system to meet the TOM defined for each business processes.

Agile Scrum Master

• Planning, estimation and tracking of the plan to ensure successful delivery of the project.
• Coordinate all Scrum Ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Grooming, and Release Planning
• Track and remove internal and external impediments for the scrum team.
• Collaborate with the scrum team to get proper story point estimation for user stories to achieve sprint goals and deliver increment.
• Prioritizes and manages own workload and the workload of project team members in order to deliver quality results and meet timelines.
• Track key metrics through Burn-Down Chart and Team Velocity and radiating progress to the teams and stakeholders.
• Interface with business professionals, application developers and technical staff working in an agile process and environment.
• Provide work direction, delegation, and prioritization to team. Ensure compliance with company's policies, processes and procedures.
• Guide and coach the Development Teams on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the sprints.
• Ensure that the teams are practicing core agile principles of self-organization/cross functionality, collaboration, business prioritization, team accountability and transparency toward consistent delivery of working increments.
• Tracked and effectively communicated team velocity and sprint/release progress to all affected teams and management
• Updated Agile tracking systems to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogs
• Defined roadmaps and milestones for the projects along with stakeholders, shareholders, scrum teams, conducted workshops as needed for teams.

• FRD will be prepared which involves discussion such as solution design, clarifications review with product owners.
• Give the Developers, Testing, QA, API teams, UAT team & Impacted Applications teams a walkthrough of requirement documents.
• Manage the product release, Responsible for documentation, support business ensure compliance internal standards for regulatory requirements to project delivery.
