The two production unit of Emirates Techno Casting [Ajman and Sharjah] has a total capacity of producing 12000 Metric Tons of Steel Castings with an annual turnover of USD 430 millions. - Maintain inventories
- Along with subordinates are responsible for material planning, handling the store, collating daily material issues report as well as other necessary reports.
- Management of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories
- Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders
- Receipts of materials through Baan ERP
- Following FIFO Method for issuing the materials
- To issue materials only in required quantities against authorised requisition notes/material lists.
- Daily material issues entries through Baan ERP
- Doing Local Purchase and follow-up for delivery
- Assist other store employees with their work
- Supervise maintenance of computerized inventory records and daily material issues.
- Ensure adherence to Safeway policies, procedures, and practices
