• Instructing Repo, Reverse Repo & Margin trades in Euroclear market for settlement
• Initiating funding requirement to treasury team one day prior to settlement

Nostro Reconciliations (FX)

• Monitoring all the FX Nostros for different currencies on value date and ensuring balances doesn't go short
• Collaborate with treasury & trading desk to ensure proper funding
• Transfer & manage the funds efficiently across all Nostros
• Ensure inter entity deals are in compliance with REGW regulations
• Timely escalation of issues and their resolutions
• Keeping all the relevant stakeholder updated about any challenges and issues
• Generating a report to treasury on end of day currencies and their balances
• Ensuring smooth settlement by keeping the accounts properly funded
• When the account is short request the trading desk to buy the funds from money market
• Monitoring money market & derivatives single sided deals closely
• Timely escalation and tracking of high value breaks
• Request treasury to fund the REGW a/c when ever the settlements are failing to avoid any regulations breaches

• Trade affirmation and settlement execution on Spot, Forwards, NDF and Swap trades
• Handled all third-party platforms like FX ALL, Misys, GTSS & Bloomberg
• Verifications of FX trades and includes regular dialogue with business partners, external clients, and various trading desks
• Resolution of incoming and outgoing payment exceptions for corporate clients
• Ensure process check list / controls is followed diligently
• Provide timely update to line manager on the list of issues if any
• Building and maintaining strong relationship with external parties’ clients and also with internal teams
• Reconciling any unmatched / failed breaks or payments
• Liaise with counterparties, internal fund administrators and contacts
• Pre-confirmation and settlement of cash flows related to trading
• Responsible for all components of the daily settlement and funding ensuring accurate and timely processing, through adherence of internal control policies and procedures
• Review and Update where necessary Operating Procedures and Controls are required
• Check all the outstanding currency positions and inform the PB team to cover the positions into USD settlements
• Helping investigation or post settlement team to clear breaks
• Settling all the value today trades on time and getting all the approvals from the management for all the high value payments
• Reporting all the settlement failures to the trader and team Manager
• Responsible for reporting all the RMS to PCA feeding issue to the management in case if team faces any.
• Mapping the a/c’s to CLS, GTSS, FX ALL & Bloomberg matching
• In case of any discrepancies in trade responsible to work with MO and trader to resolve the issue.
• Aliasing the confirmations which are spilled in Spill monitor and in CLS monitor
