  • Complete design of Train Crew Luggage Area, Service Office mounting and its equipment’s.
  • Complete design of Fire extinguisher Box mounting, Floor Carpet, Floor Mounting, Ceiling Mounting, Installation of Rest Area, Meal tray, Partition Lining, Defibrillator, Roof Arch, Interior Steps, Stairs Installation, Window Pillar, Kitchen cabinet, Dry storage, Insulations, labelling and Layouts.
  • Use to handle entire TGV2020 interior team of around 15 members and our work flow starting from Volume allocation (Phase S), Conceptual design/3d freeze(Phase P) and Drawing activities(Phase C).
  • My responsibility is starting from new project estimation. And monitor/consolidate the scope of work as per the engineering standards/planning and providing technical support/guiding to our team for Space allocation (M3 maturity) activities.
  • Once design review gets to go from M3 and M4 maturity and will list down the opened and closed issues. Work with other stack holders for open issues.
  • Before manufacturing we will do mockup activities for the respective installation and we will give our suggestions/ideas to create parts in wood for this mockup activities.
  • We will start our design concept within the allocated volume will have Design/Verification reviews with stack holders.
  • Once design get freeze will start executing 3d and 2d/FTA activity and will ensure our quality is 100% FTR. We will focus on the budgeted hours and work accordingly to complete our design and drawing activity on time.
  • Implementation of fire and smoke safety standards on components, subsystems and products.
  • Every month on month will do Risk assessment based on the Risk Index will do Mitigation plan and inform prior to stake holder if there is any deviation in deliveries.
  • For the work related we have created sheet metal standards and catalogue for ease of work. And proper documentation will carried for internal and external audit(IRIS).
  • In TGV2020 program itself executed more than 30 thousand hours.
  • Based on the requirement we will do stack up analysis.
  • Definition review of subsystems with different stake holders like Indus, quality and manufacturing.
  • CSI & Proxima Primary Responsibility:
  • We do minimal changes in the TGV2020 trainset for this new program CSI & Proxima.
  • We have modified existing Train Crew Luggage Area, Service Office mounting and its equipment’s as per the requirement for this new program
  • Complete design of seat installation along with bolt calculation
  • Based on the requirement we will do stack up analysis
  • Selection of materials for the new design and selection of fasteners based on 3PL list.
  • Selection of electrical and electronic equipment’s based on the info clamp(Data Sheet).
  • Performing three types of clash analysis with fasteners, without fasteners and with external installations.
  • Definition review of subsystems with different stake holders like Indus, quality and manufacturing.
  • Performing detail drawing FTA and 2d drawing activity.
  • CCL/ LT6 Trainset/ Chennai metro Primary Responsibility:
  • Complete design of seat box, seat structures, face panels and floors for automatic track inspection placement.
  • Complete design of LV box, Battery Box, Roof wiring mechanical parts in all the cars based on the schematics.
  • Complete redesign of Car body structure, Floor, Seats, Partition wall, Grab handle in Chennai metro.
  • Floor composite material is replaced by wood for cost reduction.
  • Chennai metro seats, Partition wall and grab handle are modified as per the customer requirement.
  • Requirement study for the respective project and identify the required input for execution.
