Managed full-cycle human resource operational activities to maximize HR employee performance.
Recruitment - successfully streamlined the hiring strategy by developing transparent and fair hiring policies, ensuring that candidates were selected based on merit and relevance to the job. As a result, I effectively recruited over 500 new employees, ranging from executive level to Director level. This achievement significantly contributed to enhancing the organization's visibility and overall success.
BGV: To ensure a safe, secure and trustworthy workplace environment, implemented a comprehensive BGV process for new hires. This process aimed to thoroughly screen and verify the backgrounds of individuals.
Grievance Handling: Handled sensitive employee and company information with highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
Strategic exposure: Conducted thorough investigations into workplace issues with professionalism and sensitivity, documenting the incidents in reports provided to senior management. Additionally, provided guidance to leadership on matters related to vacation and COVID-19 policies, benefits, job services, and employment discrepancies. Furthermore, I directed HR programs, policies, and processes aimed at enhancing operational efficiency within the organization.
Attrition Management: conducted exit interviews and documented the information discussed with employees and management. Through this process, successfully identified valuable insights and took actions to retain talented employees.
Performance Management: collaborated with management to develop performance measurement criteria, employee development plans, and compensation strategies. Additionally, I successfully implemented a reward and recognition program aimed at enhancing employee performance and motivating talented individuals within the organization.
Payroll: Handling payroll process with 100% accuracy and before month end. Salary summary reports shared to the sr management fortnight and monthly basis. Used HR website and other media to communicate HR processes, increasing understanding and consistent use.
Training : Achieved desired work environment and performance by proactively advising and guiding employees on best practices of training and induction and overseeing HR training.
Vendor Management: Handling vendors related to Recruitment, BGV, Housekeeping and office maintenance.
Statutory compliance: efficiently handled the statutory compliance requirements for various aspects, which encompassed ESIC, PF claims for both employees and employers, Bonus, Gratuity, renewal of shops and establishment certificates, labor department investigations, welfare fund annual payments, compliance with the Apprentice Act, trade license renewals, annual returns filing, and renewals related to the Payment of Wages Act, etc .
