This involved implementing customized info types to streamline the process and ensuring the implementation of the SAP handling verification process to maintain high-quality software with a 100% accuracy rate. The scope of implementation covered key areas such as payroll, time management, and recruitment, worked like business analyst role while implementing SAP and Involved in document preparation such as Configuration Document and End-User manual.

Performance Management: By gathering inputs from every Head of Department (HOD) and assessing employee productivity and quality, I prepared comprehensive reports. These reports were then shared with the management team for review and analysis.
