· Collaborate with Team Leader and department heads to understand their requirements needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications for open positions.
· Utilize various channels and resources to source potential candidates, including job boards, indeed and reference.
· Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the requirements for the positions.
· Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
· Build positive relationships with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
· Provide timely updates, feedback, and clear communication to maintain a positive candidate experience.
· Work closely with hiring managers to align on candidate requirements, review candidate feedback, and coordinate interviews and hiring decisions. Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
· Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages within the guidelines and budget provided.
· Coordinate the onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, background checks, and orientation.

· Responsible for handling IT, Non-IT, Healthcare requirements depending upon the needs from US based clients.

· Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals,
· Need to handle the candidate from Application Tracking System – CATS, Job Diva, Recruitex. Indeed, Career builder.
· Negotiate and decide the cost/salary of the employee of the employee in consultation with the higher management.
· Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
· Maintaining Candidate relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the
joining formalities.
