Development of Menu with the help of Senior
Active participation in Presentation during the international & Domestic airline sampling
Product development and presentation
Supervising, controlling and setting benchmarks for hygiene standards and quality control
Daily Logs on temperature FIFO records Maintained
Monitoring meal loads and required raw materials to be order to ensure control on the food cost without compromising on quality &service delivery
